Job Requirements

minimum age of 21
certification in Tribal Gaming Agency approved alcohol awareness course
ability to obtain or renew Tribal Gaming License and TIPS certification
normal corrected vision with ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
ability to bend, reach, lift, push, pull and grasp as required
effective communication skills in English

Job Qualifications

any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
must be certified in a Tribal Gaming Agency approved alcohol awareness course
must be at least 21 years of age
ability to obtain or renew all required licenses or certification including Tribal Gaming License and TIPS certification

Job Duties

greet guests verbally with a warm welcome and introduce yourself
ensure that all patrons are of legal drinking age and not over served
take drink orders and offer specials by describing the method of preparation and price for each
make other drink recommendations and upsell when possible
prepare drinks to proper Thunder Valley standards and specifications
process drink orders into Info Genesis System and secure payment
ensure beverage stations are properly stocked and products are fresh and rotated
