- At least one year experience working in a high-end bar with a complex beer, wine, and cocktail menu
- Must have TIPS certification or equivalent
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Provide expert bartending services and craft customized drink recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area following health and safety standards

- Manage bar inventory including stock rotation and restocking
- Maintain attractive and organized bar presentation
- Collaborate as part of a supportive team to achieve service excellence
