Job Requirements
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit required
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of related education, training or experience
- Ability to perform essential functions on computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge of mixing and serving a variety of drinks
- Knowledge of proper bar equipment operation
- Familiarity with applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve inspired drinks to guests
- Craft cocktails using various techniques and recipes
- Engage with guests to provide an exceptional experience
- Operate bar equipment properly and maintain cleanliness
- Handle cash and operate computerized Point of Sale system
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and regulations
- Maintain knowledge of drink menus and inventory
