Job Requirements

  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit required

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of related education, training or experience
  • Ability to perform essential functions on computerized Point of Sale system
  • Working knowledge of mixing and serving a variety of drinks
  • Knowledge of proper bar equipment operation
  • Familiarity with applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve inspired drinks to guests
  • Craft cocktails using various techniques and recipes
  • Engage with guests to provide an exceptional experience
  • Operate bar equipment properly and maintain cleanliness
  • Handle cash and operate computerized Point of Sale system
  • Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and regulations
  • Maintain knowledge of drink menus and inventory
