Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid RBS/Alcohol Awareness Card
- Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong knowledge of tequila and mezcal
- Ability to memorize menus and procedures
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and passion for the brand

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style and friendly, personable, efficient, and helpful service
- Maintain high awareness of the bar area
- Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages according to time and quality standards only after proper POS entry
- Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- Deliver food and drink orders with proper placement knowing all table and bar seat numbers
- Cut various fruits to garnish drinks
- Polish and roll silverware
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and sweep and mop the bar floor
- Replace beer kegs and CO2
- Replenish condiments like straws, napkins, and ice
- Perform opening and closing duties such as cleaning and food prep
- Assemble and dismantle work station
- Maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock bar as necessary
