Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- 1-2 years of bartender experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to lift 40lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach throughout shift
- Team player with a friendly attitude
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of prior bartender experience demonstrating proficiency in a wide variety of cocktails and beverages
- Knowledge and understanding of various spirits, ingredients, and techniques
- Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and delivering excellent service
- Able to lift 40lbs, stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach throughout shift
- At least 21 years of age
- Team player, personable and friendly attitude
- Relevant certifications such as SERV Safe, Alcohol, TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) or equivalent are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Create a diverse range of handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty beverages with precision and flair using high-quality ingredients
- Continually innovate and introduce new and exciting drink creations
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, engaging in friendly and professional conversation, and understanding their preferences
- Offer recommendations and suggestions based on guests' tastes, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience
- Efficiently and accurately take and prepare drink orders quickly with attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure all orders comply with company standards and specific customer requests
- Demonstrate an extensive understanding of classic and contemporary mixology with various spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients
- Follow and maintain proper sanitation, safety and hygiene protocols
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Process customer payments accurately, handle cash responsibly, and maintain a secure cash register
