Dog Haus Biergarten is a vibrant, locally and family-owned restaurant known for its craft casual hot dog concept. Established by longtime friends Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz, and André Vener, the first Dog Haus opened its doors in Pasadena, California, back in 2010. Job Requirements

  • title IV certificate
  • Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
  • availability for evenings and weekends
  • ability to work 4-5 shifts per week
  • previous bartending experience in high-volume settings
  • capability to multitask effectively
  • excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • experience working in a high-volume bar with a full range of liquor options
  • knowledge of craft beers is a plus
  • ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
  • experience using POS systems
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to learn Dog Haus specialty cocktails
  • possess Title IV alcohol certification and Maricopa County Food Handlers Certificate

Job Duties

  • mix and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages and specialty Haus cocktails
  • engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • manage multiple drink orders efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • operate the POS system accurately to process orders and payments
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • comply with all health and safety regulations including Title IV and food handling standards
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
