Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of current mixology trends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical stamina
- understanding of sanitation standards
- awareness of state and local alcohol serving laws
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience making craft cocktails preferred
- knowledgeable about all spirits offered
- knowledge and desire to learn about wine and beer
- refined verbal communication skills
- able to lift moderate amounts of weight
- effective guest service skills in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Provide libations and offer customized beverage recommendations
- prepare coffees, smoothies, mocktails, teas, and snacks
- maintain cleanliness of bar area and manage bar inventory rotation and stocking
- tend to guests in the bar area ensuring efficient and meaningful service
- serve and have comprehensive knowledge of the bar food menu and Grab & Go offerings
- bartend at satellite events as needed
- follow state and local beverage serving guidelines
