Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years previous bartending experience
- Hotel experience is a plus
- TABC or Food Handlers Certification
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be a team player
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Thorough understanding of state and local serving guidelines

Job Duties
- Provide guests with libations and customized cocktail recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive appearance of the bar area
- Stay up-to-date with latest mixology techniques, bar equipment, and sanitation standards
- Support all areas of the Food and Beverage division including HeyDey Social Club, The Tradition: An American Kitchen, in-room dining, and banquets
- Engage guests in friendly and casual conversation while delivering exceptional customer service
- Handle high volume service efficiently while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
