Job Duties
- Deliver guest hospitality by creating a welcoming and fun bar atmosphere and providing top-tier service from first drink to last call
- Craft drinks according to Dog Haus recipes by mixing cocktails and serving beer and wine following quality standards and portion guidelines
- Demonstrate solid understanding of beer styles, particularly local craft varieties featured at Dog Haus
- Recommend drink and food pairings and suggest promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain bar standards by keeping workspace clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing throughout shifts while following all service and safety protocols
- Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods
