Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or related field
- Ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor
- Must be able to verify age for alcohol service
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Must follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and move around the bar area for long hours
Job Qualifications

- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions

Job Duties
- Provides friendly and attentive service to bar guests following company standards
- Prepares beverages for servers to serve to guests
- Sets up and maintains bar stocked with materials and products for prompt and efficient service
- Has complete knowledge of food and beverage menus, liquor, beer, wine, and recipes to make recommendations and prepare drinks
- Assists management with inventory as needed
- Verifies identification for guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear under the age of 30
- Cleans glassware and bar utensils through glass washer operation
- Monitors and adjusts TVs, music, and lights in the bar
- Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Contributes to cleanliness and organized appearance of the bar
- Clears away unwanted dishes, glasses, and debris from bar top
- Utilizes POS properly to ensure guest requests are fulfilled and accurately accounted
- Performs other duties as determined by management
