Job Requirements
- Ability to stand on feet and navigate the bar for entire shift
- Ability to carry full food and drink trays
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift 20 lbs
- Ability to retain menu product knowledge and share with customers
- Flexible schedule
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states)
- Valid certification in responsible alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktails
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and high energy personality
- Friendly and accurate communication skills in handling customers
- Ability to be a contributing team member in building bar sales
- Develop efficient work pace to satisfy customers consistently
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old in some states)
- Valid certification in responsible alcohol service
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide samples and guide customers in selecting craft beers and cocktails
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
- Ensure perfect pours using correct glassware and measurement tools
- Engage customers with friendly, positive service and build returning patron relationships
- Promote and sell food and beverage menu items to enhance customer experience
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and maintaining attention to detail
