Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand on feet and navigate the bar for entire shift
  • Ability to carry full food and drink trays
  • Ability to reach, bend, and lift 20 lbs
  • Ability to retain menu product knowledge and share with customers
  • Flexible schedule
  • Must be at least 18 years old (21 in some states)
  • Valid certification in responsible alcohol service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktails
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, and high energy personality
  • Friendly and accurate communication skills in handling customers
  • Ability to be a contributing team member in building bar sales
  • Develop efficient work pace to satisfy customers consistently
  • Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old in some states)
  • Valid certification in responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • Provide samples and guide customers in selecting craft beers and cocktails
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
  • Ensure perfect pours using correct glassware and measurement tools
  • Engage customers with friendly, positive service and build returning patron relationships
  • Promote and sell food and beverage menu items to enhance customer experience
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and maintaining attention to detail
