Job Requirements

Ability to stand on your feet and navigate the bar for the entirety of the shift
Ability to carry full food and drink trays
Ability to reach, bend, and lift 20 lbs
Ability to retain menu product knowledge and share that with customers
Flexible schedule
Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old in some states)
Valid certification in responsible alcohol service

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktails
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Outgoing, friendly and high energy personality and demeanor
Friendly and accurate communication skills in handling customers
Ability to be a contributing member of the team in building bar sales
Ability to develop an efficient work pace that satisfies customers
Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old in some states) and have a valid certification in responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Ensure beverages are prepared according to establishment standards and recipes
Provide exceptional customer service with friendly and accurate communication
Guide customers in selecting beers and cocktails, including providing samples
Promote bar and menu sales by engaging customers
Ensure perfect pours using correct glassware and measurement tools
