Job Requirements
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and stooping
- Ability to stand and walk constantly during shifts
- Occasional crawling and climbing

- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience of 1-2 years
- Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends
- Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and customer service skills
- Demonstrates organizational and multitasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Available to work holidays and weekends
- Must be flexible to work shorter or longer hours due to business volume
- Able to pass all Aramark and state/local required alcohol and food service certifications
- Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
Job Duties
- Work effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for all guests
- Mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide servers with beverages for customers dining in
- Adhere to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons' identification to ensure legal age
- Set up and break down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
- Take inventory counts and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Accurately operate the computerized cash register and handle all cash tips
- Adhere to Aramark, San Diego County, and OSHA safety policies and procedures for food safety, sanitation, and disposal
- Work in a fast-paced and multi-task environment with varying temperatures indoors and outdoors
- Assist with catering and special events as needed
- Adhere to the uniform policy
