Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of job-specific work experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Food handler permit
- Tips certification
- Sheriff work card
- Competency in reading, writing, and arithmetic
- Ability to learn menus, recipes, and wine lists
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate organizational skills and ability to transport fragile items

Job Duties
- Report to work on time in the proper uniform
- Prepare assigned station and assist others to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
- Greet guests, inform them of specials, and use suggestive selling techniques
- Address and anticipate guest needs while keeping the bar area clean
- Serve alcohol responsibly according to state laws and regulations
- Manage financial transactions, ring out guest checks, and run end-of-shift reports
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the property
- Treat guests and employees with respect and handle concerns professionally
