Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
no prior bartending experience required
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
ability to lift and carry moderate weights
reliable transportation to reach various shift locations
legal age to serve alcohol in your jurisdiction

Job Qualifications

Ability to prepare a variety of beverages including cocktails
strong customer service and communication skills
ability to work on your feet for extended periods
ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
good hearing and vision to operate safely in a dynamic environment
previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons
interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
present bar menu to customers
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
adhere to all safety, health and sanitation regulations
