Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
legally allowed to serve alcohol
able to stand for entire shift
able to lift and carry up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally
able to reach with hands and arms in any direction
able to kneel and stoop repeatedly
have good vision and hearing
reliable and punctual
possess basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Qualifications

No formal education required
experience in bartending preferred but not mandatory
strong customer service skills
excellent communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of drink mixing and preparation techniques
ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons
interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
present bar menu to customers
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
handle cash and process payments
