- Minimum 2 years of full-service bartending experience in high-volume or upscale settings
- Knowledge of standard pours
- Understanding of well liquor setup
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and upsell drinks
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with wine service, including proper presentation and pouring techniques
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Reliable transportation and smartphone access for scheduling
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Must have Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) certificate
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, engaging service to guests in a bar or event setting
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer quickly and accurately, even during high-volume rushes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Check identification for age verification on all alcohol sales
- Accommodate special drink requests and custom orders
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, including handling intoxicated guests appropriately
- Follow all venue and event safety, sanitation, and service protocols
