Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for entire shifts
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
Good vision and hearing
Must be able to reach, kneel and stoop repeatedly
Open availability for flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous bartending or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks is desirable
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Present bar menu to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
