Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible shifts
Physical stamina including ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb
Good hearing and vision
Must be at least 18 years old
Legal authorization to work in the country
Access to a smartphone for the Upshift app
Reliable transportation to work locations

Job Qualifications

Experience in bartending or related hospitality roles preferred but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus
Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical demands of the job
Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Present bar menu to customers
Stay on feet the entire shift
Lift and carry items up to 50 lb
Reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
