Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate by operating credit card machines correctly, calculating and returning appropriate change, and maintaining adequate cash and coin
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- assess guest demeanor and identify when to notify a manager
- follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product, control costs and maximize guest satisfaction
- keep station clean and set up and take down station tables appropriately
- greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
- accurately take guests' food and drink orders
- maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink preparation
- enter orders into Micros quickly and properly
- manage all sales on personal Micros keys and complete station side work at shift start and end
- demonstrate ability to operate Micros, make changes, conduct credit card transactions accurately, and account for all monies at the end of the shift
- ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to designated bar areas and other sections as needed
- work quickly adhering to "Full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- participate in incentives and contests driving sales and promoting the brand
- complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as requested
- complete opening and closing duties timely
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- assist other team members as needed
- buss and reset tables as needed
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, prebussing as necessary, and responding promptly to guest needs
- maintain favorable working relationships with coworkers to promote cooperation and high morale
- listen to hear guests' orders and needs and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- maintain a friendly demeanor and smile frequently
- exhibit restaurant and/or bar experience preferred though not required
- effectively communicate to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- read and communicate in English
- dress according to company dress code and maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance
- work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- must be at least 18 years old.
