Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or food service experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling cash and orders
  • knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
  • team-oriented attitude

Job Duties

  • welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into POS system
  • ensure customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
