Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- commitment to making a positive impact
- ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets frequently
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout entire shift
- ability to handle disinfectant cleaning supplies
- ability to wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- knowledge of drink mixing techniques and bar equipment
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- must be at least 21 years old per state law
Job Duties
- Mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- creating a welcoming and friendly bar experience for customers
- collaborating with servers to ensure timely and accurate drink orders
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- monitoring customer alcohol consumption and complying with state laws
- handling cash and processing payments accurately
- following all safety and hygiene protocols
