Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to walk or stand 100% of the shift
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Knowledge of food and beverage service
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
English proficiency
Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to company sanitation procedures
Maintain personal bank and handle financial transactions accurately
Follow alcohol awareness procedures
Assess guest demeanor for manager attention
Follow bar recipes to ensure consistent products
Keep station clean and set up/take down tables
Greet newly seated guests promptly
Take food and drink orders accurately
Understand menu items to answer guest questions
Enter orders into Micros system correctly
Complete sales and station side work accurately
Operate Micros and handle credit card transactions
Ensure proper food garnishing and tray delivery
Work efficiently with full hands philosophy
Participate in sales incentives and contests
Complete bar inventories and requisitions
Perform opening and closing duties timely
Assist in party setup and breakdown
Support other team members as needed
Buss and reset tables
Maintain guest satisfaction and respond promptly
Foster a cooperative and harmonious team environment
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Maintain friendly demeanor and frequent smiling
Preferably have restaurant/bar experience
Communicate well in English
Follow dress code and look professional
Work in fast-paced, noisy environment
Must be at least 18 years old
