Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • experience in upscale or hospitality-driven environments preferred
  • strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and classic drink preparation
  • ability to remain organized and composed during busy services
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • excellent communication and guest service skills
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following all recipes and service standards
  • deliver warm, engaging hospitality to guests at the bar and in the dining room
  • maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail list, wine program, spirits, and menu offerings
  • execute service efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
  • work closely with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure smooth service
  • follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • assist with bar setup, breakdown, and stocking
