Job Requirements
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- experience in upscale or hospitality-driven environments preferred
- strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and classic drink preparation
- ability to remain organized and composed during busy services
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- excellent communication and guest service skills
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following all recipes and service standards
- deliver warm, engaging hospitality to guests at the bar and in the dining room
- maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail list, wine program, spirits, and menu offerings
- execute service efficiently in a high-volume environment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
- work closely with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure smooth service
- follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assist with bar setup, breakdown, and stocking
