Job Requirements
- Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to pass liquor audits
- Must have basic math skills
- Able to follow detailed drink recipes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of drink mixing and bartending techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and responsive service to guests
- Sell and serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Know and prepare all Native Grill & Wings drink recipes to specification
- Pass liquor audits and comply with alcohol service regulations
- Create a memorable dining experience that encourages guest repeat visits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Work night, holiday, and weekend shifts as required
