Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Experience of at least 1 year as a bartender
- Certified bartender licenses and food handlers cards or acquire if needed
- Positive, friendly attitude

Job Duties
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails for the bar and entire restaurant
- Take food and beverage orders for customers seated in the bar when necessary
- Process payment from customers using our POS system
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
