Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- ability to stand or move for long periods up to four hours
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds safely
- willingness to wear protective hand and face coverings as required
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- frequent hand washing throughout the shift
- ability to follow health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- must be at least 21 years old
- commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- interact positively with customers and staff to create a great bar experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- handle cash and process payments accurately
- comply with state laws and company policies regarding alcohol service
- assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
- ensure safety and hygiene protocols are followed
