Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or customer service
- Ability to comply with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Capacity to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least the legal drinking age in the state of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and drink recipes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems
Job Duties
- Taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
- Complying with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
- Demonstrating great salesmanship
- Accurately uses point of sale (POS) system to place orders, process gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions
- Practices proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Exhibits teamwork at all times
