Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of bartending or related customer service experience preferred
- valid bartending license, certification, or permit if required by local law
- ability to work weekends during afternoon and evening shifts
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks

- holds appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable
- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate cash, credit card, and electronic payment registers
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned that may differ based on business necessities and client requirements
