Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or serving experience preferred
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • knowledge of drink preparation and bar maintenance
  • strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • ability to adhere to health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well taken care of, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
