Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or serving experience preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- knowledge of drink preparation and bar maintenance
- strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well taken care of, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
