Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in beverage or food service preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and bar setup
- Basic computer skills for POS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards in hospitality
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and proper setup of a bar area
- Basic computer skills for point-of-sale system
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Serve beverages and or food to guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner
- Prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests
- Act as cashier for the lounge
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and take and document orders for drinks
- Mix garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and prudent portion control
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking of beer wine spirits paper products straws stirrers condiments and produce
- Responsible for maintaining stock cutting and storing of fresh fruit vegetable garnishes juices and perishables daily
- Receive cash from guests make change verify validity of charges record charges ensure vouchers are properly executed and balance money
- Lock up and store beverages food and equipment deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Answer bar phone within three rings take room service orders input orders into register create checks for guests and personnel to maintain accountability
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Follow safety and security procedures and rules
- Know department fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Utilize protective equipment
- Report unsafe conditions accidents injuries near-misses property damage or loss to supervisor
- Provide for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules
- Maintain a neat clean and well-groomed appearance as outlined in team member handbook
- Perform related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
- Assist other beverage personnel when needed
