Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a beverage server or bartender
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Adherence to company dress code and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in beverage or food service
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Strong cash handling and math skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- Greet guests, promote and document drink orders
- Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- Maintain daily proper set-up of the bar including requisitioning and stocking supplies
- Cut, store and maintain fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and perishables
- Receive cash payments, make change, verify charges and record transactions accurately
- Lock up and store beverages, food and equipment, deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Answer bar phone promptly and courteously, take room service orders and input into register
- Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health standards
- Follow all company policies, safety and security procedures
- Know fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Use protective equipment and report unsafe conditions
- Report accidents, injuries and property damage
- Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Assist other beverage personnel when needed
