Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
legal age to serve alcohol
ability to lift up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally
ability to stand for extended periods
good eyesight and hearing
availability for flexible shifts
willingness to undergo onboarding session

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending experience preferred but not required
excellent customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication skills
basic knowledge of beverage preparation
ability to handle cash and operate a point of sale system
physically able to stand and move for long periods

Job Duties

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons
interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
present bar menu to customers
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
comply with all health and safety regulations
