Job Requirements
- Ability to be on feet for entire shift
- ability to frequently lift or carry up to 25 lb
- ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lb
- ability to reach in any direction and kneel or stoop repeatedly
- good vision and hearing
- willingness to work flexible hours
- completion of onboarding process
Job Qualifications
- No previous bartending experience required
- ability to work flexible shifts
- strong customer service skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to mix cocktails and serve drinks
- physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and carry moderate weight
Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons
- interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- present bar menu to customers
- remain on feet during entire shift
- frequently lift or carry up to 25 lb, occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lb
