Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista and/or food service experience preferred
- previous cash handling experience required
- some wine knowledge preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- dependable team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, approachable, and engaging with guests
- operate the point-of-sale system
- process payments by cash, credit, vouchers, or other approved methods
- prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and wine service as needed
- educate customers on products, answer questions, and make recommendations
- replenish snacks and restock coolers regularly
- maintain a clean and orderly checkout, barista, and wine bar area
- support the Chef Manager and other team members as needed
- uphold NEXDINE's commitment to quality, hospitality, and service excellence
