Job Duties
- make all drinks in the Boba station
- plate all appetizer items in the Side Station
- pack takeout orders in the Packing station according to Din Tai Fung's established recipes and SOP's
- clean and maintain all three stations
- take regular inventory and restock necessary items
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
