Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate POS systems

- Previous experience as a restaurant server preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems such as MICROS is an advantage
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Present menu, answer questions, and take orders for food and beverage, utilizing suggestive selling techniques
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly, maintaining positive guest relations at all times
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
- Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
- Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
- Attend all daily, weekly, and/or monthly department/hotel meetings to ensure proper communication/planning occurs
- Compute bill and accept payment, track sales receipts, ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing in MICROS system
- Clear and clean tables

- Maintain kitchen and wait for station by keeping the area tidy and clean and stock kitchen and bar at the end of each shift
- This role is tip eligible
