Job Requirements
- Food Handling Certification
- Ability to operate POS/register system
- Basic math skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Physical capability for lifting and bending
- Adherence to safety and dress codes
- Willingness to wear PPE
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience is beneficial
- Experience handling cash transactions is desired
- Prior barista experience is not mandatory
- Knowledge of basic math and counting techniques
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English reading and communication
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must have Food Handling Certification
- Adherence to dress standards
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment if required
Job Duties
- Navigate register/POS system to conduct transactions accurately
- Provide warm customer service and anticipate customer needs
- Prepare and deliver coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand specifications
- Prepare and present food items as per establishment standards
- Maintain cash drawer balance and record transactions
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
- Set up and dismantle coffee bar and workstations promoting cleanliness and order
- Keep workspace tidy and sanitize equipment regularly
- Manage inventory of drink chillers, snacks, and serving tools
- Follow health and safety protocols in food and drink preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers
