Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in food service or hospitality
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability to work varied shifts
Valid food handler's card if required by local and state regulations
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with food service

Job Qualifications

1+ year experience in food service/hospitality (preferred)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts
Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation
Food handler's card where required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service
Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products
Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Support inventory management and restocking as needed
