- 1+ years experience in customer service environment preferred
- previous work experience as a Barista or server is desirable
- willingness to learn new innovative coffee techniques and equipment

Job Duties
- maintains mission focus with an unwavering purpose to succeed in achieving company and store objectives
- attention to detail when providing quality beverages, retail items, and food products
- keeps a clean, setup, and organized workstation according to company standards
- ensures all equipment is operational and reports any maintenance needs
- takes initiative to anticipate the needs of customers and the store environment
- communicates productively with team and management, assists in new team member training and acclimation
