Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 plus years experience in customer service environment preferred
- Previous work experience as a Barista or server is desirable
- Willingness to learn new innovative coffee techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and nights
- Basic math skills
- Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, twist, rotate, and reach regularly
- Ability to work with mechanical and brewing equipment
- Ability to perform light to moderate lifting
- Ability to work in confined areas
- Regular predictable attendance including quarter-driven hours

Job Duties
- Maintain mission focus with an unwavering purpose to succeed in achieving company, store, and individual objectives
- Provide quality beverages, retail items, and food products according to recipes and quality standards
- Keep a clean, set up, and organized workstation following company standards
- Ensure all equipment is operational and report maintenance needs
- Anticipate customer and store needs based on customer cues and environment
- Communicate productively with team and management, assist in new team member training and acclimation
- Act with transparency, integrity, and commitment promoting company culture and mission
- Adhere to operational policies including cash handling and safety regulations
- Celebrate team and individual achievements to reinforce store morale and culture
- Maintain a customer-first attitude and calm demeanor at all times
