- 1+ years experience in customer service environment preferred
- Previous work experience as a Barista or server is desirable
- Willingness to learn new innovative coffee techniques and equipment

- Attention to detail in providing quality beverages, retail items, and food products while observing all recipe, quality, and safety standards
- Keeps a clean, setup, and organized workstation following company standards and ensures equipment functionality
- Anticipates needs of customers and store based on cues and environment
- Communicates productively with team and management, assists in training new team members, and fosters a positive team culture
- Acts with radical transparency, integrity, and commitment to promote company culture and mission
- Adheres to operational policies including cash handling and health and safety regulations
