Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years experience in customer service environment preferred
  • Previous work experience as a Barista or server is desirable
  • Willingness to learn new innovative coffee techniques and equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to gauge customers' preferences
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintains mission focus with an unwavering purpose to succeed in achieving objectives
  • Attention to detail in providing quality beverages, retail items, and food products while observing all recipe, quality, and safety standards
  • Keeps a clean, setup, and organized workstation following company standards and ensures equipment functionality
  • Anticipates needs of customers and store based on cues and environment
  • Communicates productively with team and management, assists in training new team members, and fosters a positive team culture
  • Acts with radical transparency, integrity, and commitment to promote company culture and mission
  • Adheres to operational policies including cash handling and health and safety regulations
  • Celebrates team and individual achievements to reinforce store morale
  • Maintains a customer first attitude and remains calm under pressure
