Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service environment preferred
- Previous work experience as a Barista or server is desirable
- Willingness to learn new coffee techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Basic math skills
- Ability to gauge customers' preferences
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, twist, rotate, and reach regularly
- Ability to work with mechanical brewing equipment
- Light to moderate lifting
- Regular predictable attendance including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate
- Ability to work in confined area
- Ability to sit or stand at a terminal for extended periods
Job Qualifications
