Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service environment preferred
- previous work experience as a Barista or server is desirable
- willingness to learn new innovative coffee techniques and equipment
- attention to detail
- flexibility to work various shifts
- basic math skills
- ability to gauge customers’ preferences
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintains mission focus with unwavering purpose to succeed in achieving company, store, and individual objectives
- attention to detail when providing quality beverages, retail items, and food products observing all standards pertaining to recipes, product quality, and health and safety
- keeps a clean, setup, and organized workstation according to Black Rifle Coffee Company standards and ensures all equipment is operational while reporting any maintenance needs
- takes initiative to anticipate the needs of customers and the store based on customer cues and the store environment
- productively communicates with team and management, assists in new team member training and acclimation, contributes to a positive team environment and store culture
- acts with radical transparency, integrity and commitment that promote the culture and mission of Black Rifle Coffee Company
- adheres to operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety, and health and safety regulations
- celebrates team and individual achievements while reinforcing store morale and culture
- brings a customer first attitude and maintains a calm demeanor at all times
