Job Requirements

- One or more years experience in customer service environment preferred
- Previous work experience as a Barista or server desirable
- Willingness to learn new coffee techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts

- Ability to gauge customers' preferences
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintains mission focus with an unwavering purpose to succeed in achieving company, store, and individual objectives
- Pays attention to detail when providing quality beverages, retail items, and food products while observing recipe, product quality, health, and safety standards
- Keeps a clean, setup, and organized workstation according to company standards and ensures all equipment is operational, reporting maintenance needs
- Anticipates the needs of customers and the store based on customer cues and store environment
- Communicates productively with team and management, assists in training new team members, and fosters a positive team environment and store culture
- Acts with radical transparency, integrity, commitment, and knowledge to promote company culture and mission
- Adheres to operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety, and health regulations
- Celebrates team and individual achievements to reinforce morale and culture
- Maintains a customer-first attitude and calm demeanor at all times
