Basic computer knowledge

Sandwich artist experience is a plus

Job Duties

Prepares and presents food and beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
Provides service to the customers in a positive, friendly, helpful manner
Responds proactively to prevent customer service situations
Investigates and resolves customer incidents, documenting if necessary
