Job Requirements

  • Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
  • 18+ years of age
  • Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
  • Availability to meet cafe scheduling needs
  • Part time availability of 15-25 hours per week and 3 days including 2 peak days
  • Full time availability of 30-40 hours per week and 4-5 days including 2 peak days
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Passion for coffee and beverage preparation

  • Comfortable with cash handling and store safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Deliver consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service to create loyal customers
  • Prepare coffee and other cafe beverages using world-class coffee equipment and products
  • Complete all training to ensure proper food and beverage handling and quality retention
  • Implement systems to minimize product wastage and adjust inventory levels according to business demand
  • Maintain compliance with Local Department of Health standards at all times
  • Follow all product, service, and brand training playbooks thoroughly
  • Participate in operations and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty
