Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Can lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Effective client service skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Proven ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and authenticity
- Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage
- Meet individual and store sales goals by sharing beverage, food, and merchandise options
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience through customization and limited availability items
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workplace following sanitation and food safety standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare and serve handcrafted beverages
- Work closely with team members to solve problems and ensure seamless guest experience
- Support team goals by sharing selling strategies and celebrating wins together
