Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Can lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
  • Effective client service skills
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests with warmth and authenticity
  • Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage
  • Meet individual and store sales goals by sharing beverage, food, and merchandise options
  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience through customization and limited availability items
  • Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workplace following sanitation and food safety standards
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare and serve handcrafted beverages
  • Work closely with team members to solve problems and ensure seamless guest experience
  • Support team goals by sharing selling strategies and celebrating wins together
