Job Requirements

must possess a Real ID or current U.S. passport
must be eligible for security clearance
must be U.S. citizen
must have reliable transportation as no public transit is available
experience in a coffee shop or skilled beverage creation setting
ability to apply basic mathematical statistics for inventory and portioning
willing to contribute wherever needed
hospitality-driven mindset

Job Qualifications

experience as a barista or in a skilled beverage creation role
hospitality experience preferred
ability to perform inventory and portioning calculations
strong customer service skills

Job Duties

prepare and present coffee and tea beverages
take customer orders and enter into POS system
operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment
maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
manage inventory and supplies
provide expert customer service
contribute to a positive team environment
