Job Duties
- Prepare and present coffee and tea beverages with expert customer service
- Operate beverage machinery including espresso machines
- Take customer orders and enter them into the POS system
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Manage inventory and portion control
- Assist in pairing beverages with food items such as pastries and sandwiches
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
