Job Duties

  • Prepare and present coffee and tea beverages with expert customer service
  • Operate beverage machinery including espresso machines
  • Take customer orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Manage inventory and portion control
  • Assist in pairing beverages with food items such as pastries and sandwiches
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
